Synergies
The AttractAdria project is actively collaborating with the sister projects funded under the topic call:
HORIZON‑WIDERA‑2024‑ERA‑ 02‑03: Talent ecosystems for attractive early research careers – pilot action.
SECURE 2 Project
SECURE2 is pioneering the institutional implementation of the European Framework for Research Careers to structurally enhance career progression and mobility, empowering researchers and institutions across Europe.
SMART Researchers Project
The SMART Researchers project supports the next generation of researchers with structured training, mentorship, and cross-sector mobility – building a skilled community ready to lead scientific, economic, and societal change across Europe.
INSIGHT Project
INSIGHT (Institutional Networks for Strengthening Innovation and Growth of Early Research Careers) is creating interconnected EU research ecosystems to boost early-stage researchers’ careers by bridging academia and industry, focusing on digital/green transitions, offering training/mentoring, and building talent networks for market-relevant skills, especially in deep tech.
NextTechTalents Project
NextTechTalents will strengthen early-stage research careers by creating a sustainable talent ecosystem across academia, industry, and entrepreneurship. The project will address career mobility gaps in fast-growing sectors like AI, digital transformation, and deep tech. It will offer tailored training, mentoring, and career services based on the ResearchComp framework to equip researchers with key interdisciplinary skills.
DeepTechSeeds Project
DeepTechSeeds project addresses the urgent need for a highly skilled and adaptable research workforce in Europe’s deep-tech sectors. As global competition grows in fields such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, robotics, and advanced materials, the project aims to create a dynamic talent ecosystem that connects academia, industry, and the public sector.
BREATH Project
The BREATH project aims to build a well-structured and sustainable Talent Ecosystem in Health Innovation (HI) management in three key European regions – Catalonia, Flanders, and Lithuania – where talent managers from academic and non-academic institutions collaborate to drive institutional changes and implement initiatives that enhance researchers’ careers, talent retention and mobility.
CROSS Project
CROSS (Career Management Services for European Talents) has a principal objective to establish four talent ecosystems that will enable a sustainable talent circulation and development of a better-balanced research workforce within the European Research Area (ERA).
ARCOE Project
ARCOE empowers the next generation of researchers with the tools, training, and networks they need to thrive in a dynamic, inclusive, and forward-looking research environment.
ECROS Project
The ECROS project, driven by a consortium comprising the EUt+ alliance members, industrial partners and young researcher associations, is dedicated to empowering early career researchers in the alliance with new opportunities and skills, by establishing a cohesive talent ecosystem to support the diversification of research careers.
